David Nuffer, 1978 graduate, practiced in St. George for 25 years before taking a full time judicial apointment in Salt Lake City as a U.S. Magistrate Judge. For the last 8 years of his practice, he was a part time magistrate judge. He also served as President of the Utah State Bar and has a continuing interest in computer technology.
